Description

PrePainted galvanized offers an esthetic finish with excellent durability. The painting process starts with the galvanized substrate being temprer rolled to ensure a flat surface for painting. It then goes through an extensive cleaning process to improve adhesion. The primer coat is then applied and oven cured followed by the final paint coat which is also oven cured. The final product is a durable paint finish which has excellent adhesion with excellent formability.
