In order to improve our quality and keep pace with the changing requirements of our customers, Wilkinson Steel is proud to announce the addition of an Alcos Precision Leveler. The New Leveler will be installed in our existing ½” x 96” Wide Plate Line that is located at our Vancouver processing facility.

The acquisition of the Precision Leveler is the direct result of our customers need for a precision flat product. Specific flatness tolerances are required to process Hot Rolled Sheet and Plate with today’s modern laser, plasma, punching, shearing and forming equipment.
Hot Rolled Sheet from 16 gauge to 10 gauge and Hot Rolled Plate including 3/16” and ¼” up to 96” wide will pass through the leveler.

The leveler will produce a product to ½ A6 flatness tolerance.
